'Pour over' clause for a will
Does anyone have any experience adding a 'pour over' clause to their Will, to ensure any assets not already in trust, got to the trust on death. This is for a non settlor, discretionary, irrevocable, private Jersey situs trust. Partner has written his will stating assets are in private trust, but doesn't cover any personal assets acquired after writing the will and trust.
