Parking fine, and the "debt collector"
Sorry couldn't find my original post, but just to understand the game here. Premier parking have in theory "instructed" ZZPS to collect what they call a "debt", i have yet to see this instruction which I think i understand should be in the form of a legal assignment of the debt, which should have been amongst all the paperwork of my data they have sent, which i have a right to see.
2. After several letters, now GCTT are sending letters - "Certificated Enforcement agents" in the footer it says - “GCTT is a trading style of ZZPS. What is the game here?
3. And after GCTT, ZZPS have sent another letter saying they have responded to all the SAR, they have shown legitimate interest, etc etc.Do i just respnd that they have not shown legitimate interest in the form of a legal debt of assignment?
4. Does this only end by going to court ? As they only continue to send letters stating the same as before.
