Note to Fellow Students for Bills of Exchange Article
For fellow students interested in the Bills of Exchange Act 1882 and issuing negotiable instruments to settle accounts and payment obligations:
I haven’t forgotten my Christmas/New Year promise to post an article for further discussion, guidelines & resource. I’m still finalising my notes and verifying everything for accuracy before turning it into a coherent resource article. I also didn’t want to risk my notifications blowing up at a time when I might not be able to respond due to other commitments.
I expect to have something ready in around a week. If it looks good, perhaps Dave will pin it as a meeting place for BOE discussion. I’m quite sure Richard Ashmore for one, will keep me on my toes with this topic 😄
It’s a fantastic subject for discussion and debate, and who knows…eventually we might even have enough material for a classroom dedicated to this topic & approved by the Boss. Just an idea for now.
