Land Registry tweak to my RX restriction
I'm in the final throws of getting the restriction added to my property title using the RX1.
LR seem incapable of replicating the text provided on the form and I'm on the second iteration which still has typos, new ones in fact.
However, LR have made one small change. Here's my text:
"No disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate, or by the proprietor of any registered charge, not being a charge registered before the entry of the restriction, is to be registered without a written consent signed by <trustee_1> of <address> or after that person’s death by <trustee_2> of <address>."
LR have changed "...before the entry of THE restriction..." to "...before the entry of THIS restriction..."
Seems ok to me but just in case and for reference, any problem accepting this?
