Yes, my complaint is exactly 3 years old today!!
And it just keeps on getting worse and worse.
They eventually capitulated and sent a SAR response (still under review as I can't read most of it) and as I never speak to them on the phone, I was intrigued to see that there was a phone recording in September 2025.
To my horror, it's NOT my Dad (the vulnerable 89 year old customer) but someone pretending to be him! It's the person who is my safeguarding suspicion!! The tw*t manipulating my Dad!
I could go on but I'm probably at the point where I'll either spontaneously combust or just go sit in a corner going ga ga ga ga and drooling ................
