Hi, i need to change some vehicles that belonged to my late dad over to mum.

What would be the best advice?

Were setting up a Jersey trust for everything of hers that passed over in the will, should I just put them all straight in as trustee as registered keeper/owner to save time and adding another unnecessary owner or wait?

Or is there some other beneficial way?

Any do's or don'ts?
