Council tax- Erin Dyson - trying to arrest me

I've paid my council tax relentlessly and continuously for 16 years at the same address. I received a second council tax bill on a garden room stating £0 for 11 years. Now they are trying to say it's another house and want to back date the council tax for £12,000!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in the process of removing this building from VOA the place where they decide if it's a separate house or it's just a room in your back garden as its all connected to the house.

I now feel like not paying council tax whatsoever!!

The latest letter -she wants to arrest me. Is this illegal to threaten and harrass people like this?
