Costs awarded and unpaid
Hi everyone, just wondering what the procedure is for being paid court costs ?
I was awarded £410 after winning against pra and the court ordered that they pay by 4pm 22nd of December but I’ve not heard anything !
Bit naive of me to think they’d send me a cheque before Christmas with an apology letter for the inconvenience they’ve caused me !
