accessing your bank accounts by gov bodies

Pondering about a post from @Alibee on gov bodies accessing personal bank accounts, and the actions taken by the community with ref to gdpr in supermarkets etc, do you think it would be a good idea to hit the banks with the same process, and overwhelme them with bureaucratic red tape. By demanding through the SAR process all interactions with anyone who has had access to personal account data without knowledge! Just putting it out there 😉 as an add on surley if anyone wanted your data they would have to put an SAR to you to ask your permission?
