🔥 Why Undereating Feels Like Anxiety
If you’ve been feeling anxious lately…
but nothing in your life actually explains it…
I want you to consider this:
👉 It might not just be your hormones.
👉 It might be your blood sugar.
🧠 What’s Actually Happening
When you’re not eating enough (or not eating consistently):
→ your blood sugar drops
→ your body releases cortisol (stress hormone)
→ your nervous system goes into alert mode
That feeling of:
anxiety
  • shakiness
  • overwhelm
  • “something feels off”
That’s not random.
That’s your body trying to protect you.
Because to your body, low fuel = danger.
⚠️ What Most Women Do (That Makes It Worse)
skip breakfast
  • rely on coffee
  • eat late or inconsistently
  • under-eat trying to lose weight
Then wonder why they feel:
👉 anxious
👉 reactive
👉 emotionally unstable
You don’t need to calm your mind first. You need to fuel your body consistently.
🛠️ Today’s Action
Let’s keep this simple:
👉 Eat within 60–90 minutes of waking
👉 Include protein (20–30g)
Examples:
  • protein shake
  • eggs + toast
  • greek yogurt + seeds
Be honest with yourself:
👉 “Have I actually been eating enough… or have I been running on empty?”
You cannot feel calm in a body that feels underfed.
