A reminder for today
There’s something I want to remind you of today… We are all walking through perimenopause together — but no two journeys look the same. For some, it’s the sudden exhaustion. For others, it’s the anxiety, the weight changes, the sleep struggles, the brain fog… or all of it at once. And sometimes, it’s not even the symptoms themselves — it’s the feeling of not recognizing yourself anymore. Here’s the truth that matters: You are not alone… even when your experience feels completely different from someone else’s. This is where community becomes powerful. Because when one woman shares what she’s going through, it gives another woman language for something she couldn’t quite explain. When someone opens up about what’s helping her, it might become the missing piece for someone else. And when you realize others get it, something shifts — you soften, you feel seen, and the weight doesn’t feel so heavy. This space isn’t about comparing symptoms or trying to “do it right.” It’s about connection, honesty, and learning from each other in real time.
