What Is The Best Language To Create Stunning GUIs?

I want to create a GUI that will help me generate Blender project folders, like the ones shown in the image below. 🖼️ I'm looking for advice on the best programming language to use for this project. 🤔

Since I’m comfortable with Python 🐍, I was thinking about using the PyQt framework to build the GUI. What do you all think? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!
