Hello beautiful human, Welcome to the community. What is this platform/community? CALENDAR: I've set up a calendar so you can view and register for them in one place. CLASSROOM: You can access breathwork practices as downloadable recordings. These are to help regulate your nervous system, find deep stillness and calmness, and overall help your well-being. Also for premium members you can access the 30 day breathwork program. Breathwork changed my life and helps me stay regulated in the chaos that life is. Daily practice helps me stay grounded. Be present. I have a beautiful daughter who I dream to see a better world for. A free world. Free from control. Free from social conditioning. Free to live. To live clean. To live well. To live abundantly. I believe the more people breathing together and as a practice each and every day, the closer we are to that reality.
