Hey girls! I’ve started a personal challenge to reduce cellulite and feel better in my skin — and I’ll be sharing my journey here.
In these first 3 days I’ve been:
✔️ Tracking sugar + food
✔️ Doing intermittent fasting
✔️ Moving daily (workouts, walking, rope jumping)
✔️ Drinking more water, collagen + other drinks that help
✔️ Practicing self-massage + breathing
✔️ Staying aware of cravings + mindset
📸 I took a “before” photo, but I’m keeping it for now — can’t wait to show you the progress when the time is right!
