Opus 4.8 gets lost?
Has anyone else experienced issues with Opus 4.8 where the process just stops. It has happened for me several times when it executes the "Advising..." function. The thread just stops and I have to say "Continue".
Didn't have this issue with Opus 4.7 so just wondering if others have seen that.
