Question #1: My biggest takeaway is
I need to trust the process and the “compounding” effect that word of mouth and referrals from great client results can have on the growth of my business.. not just expect “overnight” results. I also need to trust the process of investing in myself, learning, and putting in the work to build a predictable and scalable practice.
Question #2: My biggest concern/challenge is
Sometimes my biggest challenge is to delegate properly so that I can be successful. That means allocating my time, effort, and energy to where it’s most needed and then delegating tasks in areas that will help me grow, especially when it comes to building my practice and improving my business skills.
