The biggest takeaway is realizing that to really grow my practice, I need to bring the same confidence to the business side, learning systems, processes, and strategies so my growth is just as intentional as the care I provide. I know I can show up and provide quality care and results to my clients & I need to start showing up with the same confidence to learn how to run a business.

Question #2: My biggest concern/challenge is

I want to put in the work to get where I need to be, but sometimes the fear of guessing the wrong next steps can paralyze me. I also catch myself comparing my progress to clinicians and practices that have been successful long before me.
