Stop Guessing Assignment as a Pelvic Health PT, Dec 2018

Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is thinking about what my actual issue is - hearing the 5 pieces he mentioned, I know my biggest problem is lead flow. When I get referrals, most of them covert to patients and once they are in the door, I rarely lose them as a consistent patient. But getting consistent referrals has been a challenge.

Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is how to build the right systems - I love a good system but I definitely need guidance of how to make them most efficient within a cash practice setting.
