My biggest takeaway is that sales doesn’t have to be pushy or manipulative. Done right, it can actually be a great way to build rapport, educate clients, and help them see the value of what I offer.
Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is
My biggest challenge is not shying away from hard conversations and knowing what to say at the right time. I’m big on educating clients and being an active listener, but I’ve realized that alone doesn’t always convert to long term commitments or new clients. One of the areas I’m still working on is enrolling more cash based clients, especially when they ask about insurance.
