Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is I don’t need to know everything before I start
Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is I need to change my mindset about cash based PT. I think because people are paying more out of pocket for my services, I have to make thier time with me worth while. I struggle with confidently selling my services to lock in patients for follow ups. I feel like I am not successful with selling packages because I don’t know everything.
