Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is sales isn’t pressure, it’s clarity Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is - I guess after watching that video, I need to ask the right questions to get to know what the patient’s goals are and use that to show them how my services are going to get them to their goals. A chellenge for me is now getting in front of the right group

Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is I don’t need to know everything before I start Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is I need to change my mindset about cash based PT. I think because people are paying more out of pocket for my services, I have to make thier time with me worth while. I struggle with confidently selling my services to lock in patients for follow ups. I feel like I am not successful with selling packages because I don’t know everything.

I want to learn how to attract the right patient who are willing to pay premium prices for concierge PT.
