Intermediate 40s work 20s rest
Beginner 30s work 30s rest
- Jumping jacks or step jacks
- Squats with 3 pulse on each
- Push ups / knees / wall
- Crunches (slow)
- Bicycle crunches ( slow)
Repeat again!
