Example 1: ‘The Push Off’
Example 2: ‘The Confident Standup’
Example 3: ‘The Barely Touch’
Example 4: ‘The Just Sink’
AND…
In the final example, you see me doing the following 3 steps:
- Driving my arms to my waist
- Shifting my legs underneath me
- Pushing my legs to the bottom of the pool and lifting my head
ALL work perfectly.
Remember, our goal is to stand up. Don’t worry so much about what it looks like…
