How to Find Your Perfect Front Float
Caribe Nation,
I am often asked, "Coach Jeff, should my legs be on top of the water during a float?"
The answer is...
For some of you, YES
For some of you, NO
We all have a UNIQUE floating position.
This is based on our body composition of fat vs muscle.
To find your unique position, we need to do the following:
Step 1: Full Relax
Step 2: Take a deep breath
Step 3: Allow the water to take control. Do NOT force your legs up
Step 4: Practice... A LOT
Step 5: Return to Step 1 and repeat.
Check out this video to help.
I hope this helps find relief of always having to have your arms and legs on top of the water...
💪 BIG Love,
Coach Jeff & Coach Meredith
P.S. What is your unique floating position? Snap a picture and add it to the chat. The more we share, the more helpful we can be in supporting each others transformations!
