Linkedin Engagement Rate

Hi Coaches,

Would love to know average engagement rates you are getting on your posts.

My linkedin engagement rate is around 0.5% or lower (for the posts that do well). For usual posts with average reach, I have engagement around 1%.

I'm calculating engagement as Likes + comments + shares (excluding my own comments).

Would love to get a sense of where others are at and what I can do to improve.
