Hey everyone - I’m Odysseas

A Greek personal trainer who’s spent the last decade chasing strength, sunshine, and better Wi-Fi connections across the globe.

I went from First Lieutenant in the Greek Army to Fitness Director on Princess Cruise, to now coaching clients online from wherever there’s coffee and good light.

I’m here to improve my coaching style, excel in my level of service, grow my online presence, and share insights from working with hundreds of people, on land, and at sea.
