I listened to this video on my drive in to work this morning. I think it's a good example of what we call "unbridled skepticism." To such a degree she wasn't even listening to Frank's answers to her objections. Her goal is to avoid making any sound judgements based on what's presented and instead her desire is to dwell in the skepticism. You can see this best demonstrated when Frank asks her what her explanation would be regarding some historical evidence, and she just refuses to give an answer.
