My Why

⏲️ 1- Create more free time. I have many hobbies that I am passionate about such as surfing, fly fishing and traveling. I want to invest in real estate to create more free time to enjoy doing the things I love and also spend more time with my family.

💸 2- Passive income- As an auto mechanic of 16 years my job is very physical. My goal is to use real estate to create a paycheck that won't require bloody knuckles and being hunched over the fender of a car for 8 hours.

🏘️ 3- Learning new skills. One of the things that drives me to this field is there is A LOT to learn. I am looking forward to continuing my education on all things real estate. Whether its finances, deal analysis, negotiating deals, rehabbing, landscape or even advertising I look forward to sharpening these skills.
