🔥 Stage4 RCC Renal & Liver Results, April 2025
Prev. CT & MRI of thyroid, chest, abdomen, pelvis were done in Dec 2024
Here are new scan results for Renal, Kidney, Liver, Abdomen, Pelvic areas.
No confirmed pulmonary mets.
Nodularity in both lungs.
Perifissural & subpleural nodularity elsewhere considered benign.
No concerning thoracic lymph nodes.
Small volume mediastinal & axillary lymph nodes unchanged.
Mild coronary calcification.
Thyroid nodularity unchanged.
64 mm heterogeneous right renal tumor unchanged. No hydroureteronephrosis.
24 mm hepatic segment ll signal abnormality unchanged.
Intralesional fat again noted on the out of phase T1 sequence. Otherwise normal abdominal viscera.
No concerning abdominopelvic lymph nodes.
No ascites or peritoneal disease.
No concerning bone lesion.
OPINION:
Right renal tumor unchanged.
Segment ll liver lesion and left thyroid nodularity unchanged.
No new sites of disease.
Head scan:
Small number of small volume foci of white matter high signal difficult to fully characterise.
Likely secondary to small vessel disease.
No significant mass lesions.
No mass effect.
No hydrocephalous.
No skull vault lesions.
OPINION:
No evidence of intracranial mets.
