Refund initiated for order not received
Please can anyone explain what happen to refund initiated if customer state they didn’t receive their package ?
I have 2 refund initiated this week where the reason was for order not received . Please what happen in this situation? As this is FBA and I don’t know how I will have to be the one refunding for what Amazon shipped and not delivered . Would appreciate everyone’s response on this .
