Leadership isn’t a title
It’s a burden you choose to carry when others won’t. Most people want comfort. Leaders want clarity. Most people chase validation. Leaders chase purpose. If you’re waiting for permission to lead You’ve already failed the test. The world doesn’t need more talkers. It needs builders. It needs protectors. It needs men and women who can stand firm when everyone else folds. Your family is watching. Your team is watching. Your God is watching. So here’s your wake-up call: Stop hiding your potential behind fear, laziness, or comfort. Get disciplined. Get dangerous. Get devoted. Because leadership isn’t about being in charge. It’s about being responsible, for the mission, the people, and the legacy. This is your Call to Lead. Answer it.
