Here’s the truth: If you’re leading a business, a family, or a team, your effectiveness is tied to how well you manage your energy, not your time. Anyone can fill a calendar. Few can fill a day with purpose. 🔑 3 Principles of a Productive Leader 1. Set Non-Negotiables ->Start your day with clarity: spiritual time, movement, planning. The moment you start negotiating with your standards, your leadership weakens. 2. Protect Your Focus ->Every notification, every distraction, every “quick question” has a cost. The best leaders schedule thinking time, because thinking is leading. 3. End With Ownership ->Before bed, ask: Did I move the mission forward? Did I build someone else up?
