re: first time buyers with no money down??

New to the group.

We are looking to partner with licensed RE agents in CA and beyond (34 states) on a program where first time buyers who want to purchase a home but can't save up the down payment or want to maintain financial flexibility, so we offer a way to make the purchase with no money down at closing at less total cost than a traditional FHA loan.
