Tomorrow’s session is online.
Next week, we’re taking the conversation into an actual LA property.
I’ll be at Alex Nahle’s Glassell Park open house on Wednesday, June 17, where we’ll walk through a newly converted PadSplit in person.
The property was previously renting for about $5,000/month as a traditional long-term rental. After the conversion, the main house is projected at $10,912/month in room-rental revenue. With the ADU included, projected gross monthly income is $13,412/month.
This is a chance to see how the layout, room count, and rental strategy come together inside an actual property, not just on a slide.
I’ll also be breaking down the co-living buy box, underwriting assumptions, and what investors should look for before trying this on their own deal.
Plus:
🌮 Free tacos
🎟️ First 50 attendees get entered into a $100 Home Depot Gift Card raffle
Good fit for investors, agents, property managers, and anyone seriously looking at co-living as an income strategy in LA.
