Now that I have rejoined my classes my master was talking about my cho dan bo pre gradings and mentioned he would like to see my kicks head height (something I’ve always struggled with since becoming an adult) and I’m not the type of guy to say no to my master. So I have 4 weeks to do it and I thought to myself why not go a little old school. If anyone has any other out of the box suggestions let me know I would like to hear your suggestions. I’ve also been told to use the lean back aswell which goes against everything I’ve been taught previously in karate so I need to develop this too, so any tips on helping me with that also would be greatly appreciated!
