A fantastic weekend….
Had my pre grading for my Cho-Dan-Bo, went very well, ready for the test in September, according to the doctors I should be returning to class today on the 23rd, I was not meant to sit this grading. But I pushed myself to get back 6 weeks early and received 0 corrections, this was only achieved by myself all weekend, even now on Tuesday I’m still emotionally drained, I feel like I’ve watched bloodsport for the first time you know when Van Damme over comes the blindness and your 12 years old and you see him win for the first time? That’s exactly how I feel when I wrote this…
