Renato Sr. wanted baby back ribs for his birthday, and after 5 hours in the smoker the bones literally fell out of some of the racks when I picked them up. Served with Caesar salad, asparagus, brussel sprouts, and soup beans.

I was skeptical at first but pumpkin chili was delish!
