I need help !!!

I'm having challenges with pricing with my cleaning business. I understand people have different budget and all. Also the market is competitive. I given value for your money and also does detailed cleaning always. I don't know how to do surface level cleaning( that wasn't how I was trained for the job).

Alot of people collect less money and don't do a good job now almost everyone expect us to take the same rate. I've never worked for a client that didn't like my job or called me back.

I'm looking for a way to restrategize or offer services that will let them see how detailed I go when it comes to cleaning. The challenge now is "if I decide to do a free offer for a client, what if they don't call me back again?" And that will be a huge disservice to myself and business. Doing an hour free, then if they like my services I will continue is another option, but some people I've told this never got back to me.

Y'all help me suggest how I should handle this situation. Its really making me think alot. Every idea and suggestion is well appreciated
