Ready isn't a feeling, it's a decision.

How often is it that the people who get ahead in life aren’t the most confident or the best prepared? They’re the ones who simply get on and do things, regardless of how ready they feel.

Of course, you don’t want to be reckless about it, but I can definitely think of times when I held myself back, waiting to feel more ready, when really I should have just got started.
