Does automation intrigue you… or still intimidate you a little?
I've created a small tool. Not for experts nor for those who already know how to automate but for the curious. Those who feel that some things could be simpler… without really knowing where to start. For a long time automation felt unclear to me : too technical and too abstract. So I wanted to do the opposite : a calm and simple starting point without jargon. A tool that helps to: • identify what can be automated • understand without getting overwhelmed • move forward in small steps Nothing mandatory and nothing complicated. Just a first step, for those who are curious or don’t know where to start. 👉 https://tally.so/r/KYevR8
automation
Hi my name is guillaume, i run an ai/nocode agency and i help people to free them from time-consuming tasks. Today a new case study : Every morning: open inbox → 50+ emails → 30–45 min just to sort the chaos. Built a 10-minute email classifier → now it’s done in 3 seconds. What it does: Invoices → Finance folder + Slack my VA Client names → project folder + Notion task Newsletters → “Read Later” Meetings → calendar auto-add The rest → smart “Review Today” label Inbox zero before coffee -> gained 4–5 hours/week instantly. What’s your inbox nightmare? If you want this automation feel free to ask me 😊
Automated email responder
I just made a new workflow which, i'm sure, can help many professionals. Goal: automatically send an ultra-personalized response to every incoming email with the subject "Y". Step-by-step flow: 1. Trigger (module 1) Watches the inbox XXX → grabs the email as soon as an unread message with subject "Y" arrives. 2. Module 2 – GPT-4o Sends the full content of the received email to GPT-4o with a very precise prompt: → Analyzes the prospect’s email. → Writes a professional, short, and personalized reply. → Always ends with: Sincerely, XXX 3. Module 5 Converts GPT-4o’s raw text into clean HTML (Markdown → HTML). 4. Module 3 Sleep 90 seconds (anti-spam + makes the reply feel more human instead of instant). 5. Module 4 Sends the reply as RE: [original subject] from the same Gmail inbox and saves it to [Gmail]/Sent Mail. Result: Every "Y" request gets a fully customized, signed response from XXX in under 2 minutes, 24/7, without XXX ever opening Gmail. If you wanna try it, you can ask me it's free 🙂

In case you want to try vibe coding!
Hey Business Ideas Community, I do a lot with vibe coding, and wanted to share my flow. It might be able to help you with your ideas. 1) Refine my idea with Claude. "I'm thinking of building x, can you ask me some questions and make a PRD for this to give to Lovable" 2) Give PRD to lovable (Replit / V0 are also good vibe coders) 3) Iterate, and when I'm generally happy, I'll push to github 4) Download my github repo in VS Code; continue with claude code. 5) Usually I need to tell the AI to clean up the code and organize some. 6) Publish to Vercel, and you have a working web app, woohoo I've had a lot of fun building ideas this way, it helps me to make something and test it quickly. If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps you 🙏

I fixed my cold email problem with one system
Most business owners have a “your email sounds like everyone else” problem. Here’s what my own numbers look like: ~55% open rate ~6% reply rate 1–2 real opportunities per 100 emails Not amazing — but definitely better than the usual “0 replies and depression.” Most cold emails get ignored because they all sound copy-pasted. You’ve seen these: “I noticed you’re in the [industry] space…” “I saw your company focuses on [generic observation]…” “Thought you might be interested in…” People can smell a template instantly. It’s why business owners delete emails without even scrolling. So instead of sending that same lifeless outreach, I rebuilt my approach from scratch. Not with more tech. Not with a new script. Just one simple idea: Make the first line feel like a human actually wrote it. I created a system (tbh: modified a system Nick Saraev used) that writes the kind of opener you’d write if you actually did your homework. Two versions: 1. Deep Personalization For when you want to show you really looked into their business. It checks what their company is doing, what they posted recently, what they’re building — then turns that into a short, relevant opener. Feels like a real person talking to a real person. (I copied and modified Nick's system) 2. Quick Personalization (the one business owners love) This is the cheat code. All it needs is: Their job title Their company And it generates an opener that speaks directly to the challenges someone in that role is usually dealing with. Takes about 15 seconds. (Built myself) Example: Generic: “Hi Sarah, I help marketing leaders improve their funnel conversion…” Personalized: “Sarah — saw you’re running marketing at a growth-stage SaaS company. Most heads of marketing at your stage are juggling demand gen, product marketing, and team scaling at the same time. Curious what’s slowing growth more — lead quality or deal speed?” Why this matters for business owners? Generic → ignored Relevant → read Human → replied
