Genuine question for the group.
Your coaching is going well, you’re making money, and happy to reach even more people.
What percentage of your profit do you reinvest into PR?
For example - a shiny new program offers to place you in offline media like newspapers, magazines, and specialist publications, maybe even some TV as the expert. But it’s $12k.
If you already made $120k then is 10% okay to redirect? Pay the $12k and see what happens?
Or maybe you think 20% is okay? Yo’ve made $60K so happily pay the $12k?
What if you’re just ‘on target’ to make $120k profit - would you invest $1k a month for the next 12 months?
This is a made up situation with made-up figures by way of illustration (I’m not selling anything). 🤣
In truth - I have a couple of good PR opportunities to explore in 2026. The providers are pressing for an answer, and I’m pondering how long I wait (how much profit I save) before reinvesting it into PR. 😇
This hasn’t been my strong point in the past - tend to get overexcited and buy into something too early,
This year I saved up £5,000 before buying into some training, and it felt WAY better. Save, invest - offset it against my tax. 😉
