I let ChatGPT do a Deep Search in English for the American market as well. After 42 minutes, 1126 searches and 42 quotes a 17 pages report was ready. It will be interesting to compare the results from exactly the same prompt with only one difference; the target country. The Swedish job took the GPT 17 minutes!!
