BuiltThroughStrength is a technique-first strength and conditioning community for Jiu Jitsu athletes, grapplers, and combat athletes who want to lift smarter, get stronger, build a better gas tank, train safer, and stay on the mats longer.
It is a coach-led room built around weekly programming, form checks, Q&A, reference resources, classroom lessons, accountability, and a serious + supportive crew to lean on.
The idea came from the in-person Jiu Jitsu strength and conditioning crew I coached in California. Our original crew became more than just people lifting in the same room. People who barely knew each other became friends, trained Jiu Jitsu together outside the gym, and supported each other. My goal is to bring as much of that same energy here as possible, even if we are not all in the same room together.
That is what I’m building here online.
