Week 1 was about proving something to yourself:

Now we're asking a different question…
👉 How am I showing up?
Because just being here isn't enough anymore. Now it's time to raise your level.
🎯 WEEK 2 FOCUS
Same 3 habits… just done at a higher standard:
🏋️ Move: 20+ minutes, with purpose. No more going through the motions. Lock in. Push yourself. Get better at something.
🥗 Protein: hit your number, on purpose. Plan ahead (at least 2 meals). Stop guessing late at night. Execute as it matters.
📲 Check-in: daily, with intention, not just "done." Tell us: what you did, what felt strong, what challenged you.
This is where growth actually happens.
⚠️ REAL TALK
This is where most people fall off.
Not because it's hard… but because it requires more focus.
Week 1 was motivation. Week 2 is discipline.
