so I often tell you guys that if you stay consistent then you'll improve and that makes sense but here is some actual proof of that. On Monday when we got back, I ran 5 kilometres, and it was brutal. I was pretty much wheezing the whole time and it was tough. today I ran 10 kilometres and I was back to a pretty normal breath while running pretty much, and by Monday I will run another half marathon. Keep it up guys, I see the work you guys are doing and I am very proud of you guys 👊📈
