Hey everyone, Brodie here. Just joined up, a little bit about my story is… We currently live away from our immediate family for my work. We finally had enough living away from our families. We are trying to figure out which is the best route for us to go either a builder, be the gc, or buy a house that’s done already. Problem is, we live 6 hours away. Seems like every trade wants a million dollars, and after being in a few “new” homes looking around at the workmanship I’m not exactly sold on these builders. I feel like we’re just spinning around in circles. As well as the unpredictable future with the real estate market in a bubble.
