Foundation: icf or cement with foam(wood framing)?

DYI ICF foundation is about 11$ per square feet of the exterior

Icf:

11x8400(my case) is 93,000$ give or take 10,000

-My hard labour

-3 weeks

-add 80,000 if I need labour

Cement with foam

26x6000 is 156,000. Give or take 10,000

-no labour

-1 week

80,000 savings
