When it comes to exercise don’t settle at the bare minimum. The minimum is a great place to start. Once you are consistent with 20-90 min a day then try to get more done in that time everyday.
Movement must be intentional but also Progress is Intentional.
One more reps per set, one more set per exercise or shorter rest periods so you can add an exercise in the same amount of time are all ways to get more done regardless of your schedule.
