Cable internal rotation 5-10 lbs 2x10 Compound power and strength movement Seated barbell shoulder press 7x10-3 Giant Set Dumbbell shrugs / dumbbell upright row / dumbbell lateral raise 3x10/10/10 HIIT 10 min circuit 40 seconds of exercise/ 12 second rest (12 intervals) Jump rope, ab wheel, slider burpees, sit ups repeat Verse of the day: “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭136‬:‭1‬ ‭NIV‬‬ It’s so easy to get caught up chasing earning God’s love. I want you to know that if you could earn that would mean you could lose it. In His everlasting mercy and grace his unfailing love is just waiting on us to receive it. And that puts my heart at ease.
