Welcome to An Animal’s Mind!
In the two years I have been a licensed veterinary technician (LVT), I have noticed that owners are often frustrated by the high cost of veterinary care and not having enough time during their appointments to ask clarifying questions. I have started this community to help mitigate those frustrations by giving owners a place to learn important information about their pets on their own schedule for free.
This community will include:
- Courses on animal behavior, animal wellness, managing finances for veterinary care, and more
- Courses specifically for veterinary professionals to reinforce and deepen their knowledge
- Daily “Question of the Day” posts to allow members to quickly learn snippets of information in a fun way
- Live Q&As to provide more detailed answers to questions members have about animal behavior and veterinary care
- Access to materials such as Quizlet and Kahoot! to support the learning process
